Description of the sterilizer:
The machine is used for the sterilizing of tomato paste, onion psate, chill paste, strawberry paste, blackberry paste, carrot paste, peach paste, apricot paste etc.
The sterilizer is composed of products buffer tank, lobe pump, high pressure tri-piston pump, four layer sleeving pipe or multi- pipe heat exchanger, superheating water generator,hot water tank, CIP tank, hot water pump, CIP pump and electric control system.
Includes heating section, sterilizing section and conlinn oo ube group has the features of simple structure and small resistance.
SIEMENS or OMRON electrical components, the PLC monitor can indicate every parameter directly to inspect it in time easily and guarantee the stability of running.
Automatic PLC system, multi-stage recorder to record important temperature.
